Sprouts from organically produced broccoli seeds
Broccoli sprouts contain a naturally-occurring compound called sulforaphane
glucosinolate, which has, according to research an antioxidant action which is
helpful in maintaing a healthy circulatory system. As well as being
nutritionally beneficial they have a fresh taste and make an interesting
addition to salads and other dishes.
New Broccoli seeds contain vitamins: A, B, C, D, E, and K, calcium, iron,
magnesium, phosphate, potassium, zinc, carotene and chlorophyll. 1oz contains
as much antioxidants as 3lb of whole broccoli!
How to use Broccoli
seeds for sprouting
Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water.

Temperature: 18 – 22oC
Ready to eat: After approximately 4
to 6 days
