Organic Sprouted Grain Bread

A delicious and nutritious range of Sprouted Wheat, Rye and Spelt Breads that are also low fat. Baked with the benefits of the wholegrain, these high fibre breads are highly nutritious, filling and delicious, with nearly twice the fibre of normal everyday breads.
Our Rye breads are wheat free. The breads are low in gluten and yeast free. Best served slightly warmed they are delicious with cheese or sliced meats. All our sprouted loaves are 400g in weight.
The range of sprouted grain breads we bake includes breads made from Wheat, Spelt and Rye. Some are made with organic fruits, nuts, hemp seeds and other omega-3 rich seeds. These nutrient enhanced loaves are great just plain or lightly toasted as a snack at lunch and as the base for a sandwich. The advantage of course is that the snack value is nutritious and sustainable, keeping you energised and in control of your eating providing a slow release of energy and reducing the desire to have other less healthy pick me up sugary treats.
Our Sprouted grain breads are specially pasteurised to keep them deliciously moist and to allow a room temperature storage life of up to 10 months un opened. Once opened however the bread should ideally be kept in an airtight container in the fridge and eaten within 2-3 days.
For all of these many reasons, it makes sense to eat our sprouted grain breads, even as a simple alternative to regular, even high quality breads. Not only are they nutritionally important and highly digestible, “ticking most of the boxes”, they enable some variation in culinary experiences.
Our sprouted wheat bread with an excellent soft-ripened cheese is quite a suprisingly satisfying combination, and something new to most of us, not to mention the sprouted rye bread with cream cheese and pickled vegetables/seaweed or fish….taking bread and its toppings to a new and excellent culinary plateau.
