Made from organic semi wholewheat flour where the husk has been removed but not the Aleurone layer. This is the part of the grain richest in minerals, vitamins and dietary fibre. The range includes three varieties of thick, silky textured udon wheat noodles, and two types of thin, nutty tasting soba buckwheat noodles.
